The short answer is no, but there's good reasons for it!
With the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic, businesses have had to adapt in order to create a safe working environment for their staff, while also providing a good service to their customers.
We've found that the days of the 'office phone' aren't really needed anymore, and email is a much better way to ensure our users get excellent service, while allowing our staff to work remotely. For this reason, we don’t currently have an official Floor phone number or offer phone support to users.
For fans and our standard support Creators, our helpdesk team offers email support from:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm GMT.
For our priority support service to Pioneer Creators these times are extended to include weekends:
7 Days a Week, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm GMT.
