Your Floor account's basic security setting is your password. We strongly recommend against sharing your password with anyone to avoid any privacy issues. Floor Support may manually reset your password in specific situations; however, this will always be through an official ticket, and we will never ask for your password.
Changing your password
To update your password, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on your profile picture in the top right of the screen to open the Main Menu
Step 2: Click on My Account
Step 3: Open up the 'Your Details' sub-menu
Step 4: You'll see your current password listed as anonymous text. Delete your current password and enter your new password. Click the 'Update Settings' button to save.
Your new password will now be saved to your account.
Resetting your password
